PSH (-1+3) 4-Level Pit Puzzle Parking System
Work Principle
This system is designed with 4 levels, 1 in the pit, 3 on the ground, each column total 4 cars. There are 2 spare spaces on the ground level and second level as exchange spaces. The ground level and second level cars can slide left and right for upper car fall down and pit car lift up to the ground. The ground car can go in and out freely. The pit car can lift up when the ground car slide to spare the space; The second level car can go down when the ground car slide to spare the space; The top car can fall down when the ground car and second level car together slide to have the spare space. The ground level space has big pallets covering the pit area.
PSH (-1+3) 4-level pit puzzle parking system mainly adopts motor drive + chain+steel rope lifting mode, It can be built 4-storey mechanical parking system combining the one floor underground and the three floors on the ground. It is a kind of stereo garage combined with underground and ground. The entrance and exit are on the ground floor and adopts the design of large span. it is very suitable to built in green square, residential buildings and office buildings basement, Compared with the same type of equipment, it is a kind of parking equipment with higher space utilization rate to make full use of the underground part.
PSH (-1+3) 4-level pit puzzle parking system is a parking solution which realizes the access of vehicles by lifting and sliding the platform. Q: What is the warranty term of your product?
A: The warranty term of our product is 12 months. Within warranty, if there is any quality defect, we will send you the new parts and dispatch our engineer to solve it.
Q: How to make the installation? Can you send engineer to us?
A: First we will send you all the technical documents, such as foundation drawing, installation manual, operation manual. If you have professional engineer, you can finish it by yourself.
Second, If you’re new for the car parking system, We can dispatch our engineer to guide the installation, the cost will belong to the buyer.
Q: How about your delivery time?
A: Generally, it will take 30 to 60 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.
Q: What is your terms of payment?
A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
Q: How to repair and maintain the product?
A: You don't need too much maintenance because our products all use big brand electric devices and we pay more attention on quality, the whole system can work well in long time. If necessary, we suggest that small parts are maintained once a week, the large parts are maintained once a month.
Q: If the failures of parking equipment happened from customers which are not in the warranty period, how does the company deal with it?
A: First, we would provide some spare parts when the parking system ship out. If any parts need to be replaced in the maintainence work. We will check and help to slove problems by remote operation.
Second, if other parts are dameaged, we will replace them by remote operation upon agreement between both sides. If it is necessary to dispatch our engineers to the site, all the cost occurred will belong to the buyer.
