RFID Tag/NFC Tag DOD Personalization Line YRFT-DOD-1 is developed for realizing such RFID tag (NFC tag) personalization functions as drop-on-demand inkjet printing (barcode, data or more), tag chip UID reading, tag chip block data writing, chip encryption (change key) and tag IC electrical performance verification in one pass. It can work with various RFID tags including high frequency HF tags/ultra-high frequency UHF tags/NFC tags. This machine can greatly increase NFC tag personalization work efficiency.

1.) It applies high speed and high resolution inkjet printer nozzle (Japanese Ricoh G5) with the joint work with the mature and reliable plasma treatment unit and LED UV drier. It can realize perfect printing effect with maximum printing width of 45mm.

High Speed Japanese Ricoh G5 54mm UV Printing System Resolution is 600 DPI (vertical) and 1200 DPI(horizontal); Adjustable Printing Speed: Class A 80 meters/minute; Printing Content: 1D Code, Barcode, Drug Supervision Code, Anti Counterfeit Code, Images, Personalized Numbers, Text, Serial Number, Database, QR Code Information plus Website, LOGO and Images.

3.)  It is featuring good tape tension control with adjustable tension for RFID tags or labels of various sizes;
