Tobacco Leaf Cutter Rotary Knife 25KT95 is of 419mm long, 170 wide and 2mm thick. One set of knives contain 8 pieces, which are to be installed together on a tobacco leaf rotary cutter machine and usually need to be replaced by a new set after a few days' use, because these knives are ground continously by a grinding wheel placed above the cutter head to make sure they're sharp enough to cut the tobacco precisely into requested width. Made from good quality alloy tool steel and under our mature production techniques, our tobacco cutter rotary blades are of good hardness( HRC65-67), flatness and straightness which are the factors influencing the blades’ performance on leaf cutters.
We're making such cutter blades in large quantity, and some of the most commonly required sizes are available from stock, such as 419x170x2.0mm, 465x100x1.5mm, 419x125x1.5mm and 419x100x1.5mm. If the size you need is not in stock, it can also be produced very quickly in about 20 days. The grinding wheels used to resharpen those rotary blades are also available with us.
