Brass Chain for Tobacco Leaf Rotary Cutter Band Conveyor Slats for Hauni Molins Comas Garbuio Dickinson SD5 SQ345678
Brass chains are locked into each other to build a wide conveyor belt, and there are two such conveyor bands on a tobacco leaf cutter, the upper conveyor band and the lower conveyor band. They run at a specific speed ratio, and thus compress and transport the tobacco bales in between the conveyor bands. In about a month, the band chains needs to be took apart and cleaned because of its contact with flavored tobacco strips. As a type of consumable, brass chains( also known as chain links) need to be replaced from time to time, roughly once a year. Intime supply of the chain links plays an important role in ensuring normal operation of tobacco primary processing lines.
