Hauni Protos 90E Cigarette Making Machine Parts Cork Durm Suction Drum
Through years of development, our company succeeded in making ceramic drum for tobacco machine/
cigarette making line. It's used for Hauni machines Protos series.
Different from common drum in the market, our cutting knives on the drum are separated from suction plates,
which makes the cutting knives reversible and can be used as four brand new knives.
The suction plates on our drum are fully made of ceramic (not ceramic coated), thus the suction plates becomes
more wear-resistible and can hold onto to the end of the drum working life.
The ceramic suction plates also reduces the total weight of the drum, so the pressure from the drum to the
gear and axis is less, therefore, the system can work more precisely and machine down-time can be reduced.
