When a filter rod with a certain dielectric constant enters the microwave resonant cavity, the perturbation phenomenon is generated in the cavity; by measuring the variation of frequency f and quality factor Q after the perturbation, the electromagnetic characteristics of each part of the detected filter rod can be calculated by using a linear regression method, and whether the capsule filter rod/cigarette is qualified is judged on this basis.
Performance and Features
1 . It can detect the capsule filter rods and capsule cigarettes.
2. It adopts the microwave resonant cavity measurement technology to detect the capsule in the filter rod, with the sampling rate of 100k/s.
3. It can detect the position, quantity, damage and loss of the capsule in the filter rod quickly and without damage.
4. It adopts the Beckhoff IPC control technology and EtherCAT high-speed data transmission technology.
5. It adopts the servo electric cylinder to convey the capsule filter rod, thus ensuring the accuracy of position detection.
6. The hopper is fully compatible and can be automatically switched to adapt to different specifications of samples.
7. The hopper has a movable flap to prevent sample mix-up and can accommodate a variety of sample lengths.
8. The whole machine adopts desktop design, with small volume and light weight.
9. It adopts 15-inch touch display, windows system, and Chinese graphical interface, easy to use.
