The CCl-A Cigar Circle Tester is a testing instrument for measuring the cigar physical parameters and is developed according to the actual needs of tobacco industry. The instrument is used to detect the circumference and roundness of a section or multiple sections of the cigar. It applies to sampling inspection of cigars. It adopts the industrial computer for man-machine interaction,with attractive interface and strong data processing capability. With the clamping and rotating mechanism,the cigar samples with various diameters and lengths can be measured without replacing parts, simple and convenient.
2.It is compatible with various sample circumferences and can set the measuring position and detect the circumference and roundness of all positions.
3.It provides accurate measurement with CCD laser sensor.
4.The sample circumference can be sampled through 360-degree rotation,and the measurement result is more accurate.
5lt adopts a new cigarette holder to adapt to cigarettes with various diameters and ensure stable and reliable measurement.
6.It can automatically adjust the positioning platform after the its parameters are set.
7.Manual feeding and manual discharging are adopted for the instrument.
8The instrument is compact with a small floor area.
9.It adopts the graphical operation interface,industrial tablet touch operation,easy to operate and learn.
