QF-PD series full-automatic nail gluing machine consists of four parts: vacuum paper feeding part, gluing and folding part, nail box part and counting and stacking output part.

All motors are Taiwan Province Shengbang motors, except variable frequency motors. Frequency conversion speed regulation, standard PLC touch screen control (double PLC, double touch screen), simple and reliable operation, nail box part and box sticking part can be controlled independently, the speed of box sticking car is 180m/min, and the average box sticking speed is 150m/min; Box 3 nails 90 pieces/min. Save energy at high speed and labor cost.

Main structure:

Paper feeding department: suction paper feeding can better adapt to curved cardboard; High-grade electromagnetic clutch enables the paper feeding department to independently control paper feeding, which is simple and reliable to operate; Electric glue quantity controllable device with simple and reliable structure and convenient cleaning; Stainless steel gluing wheel, gluing evenly, saving glue quantity.

Glue folding part: imported wear rubber belt conveying cardboard, which can be used for a longer time; Paperboard straightening device and thread pressing device, with adjustable thread pressing wheel, suitable for paperboard thickness of 2-8mm; Secondary indentation mechanism can make secondary indentation on paperboard with poor indentation quality.

Counting and outputting part: the counting and stacking principle is simple and reliable; Adopt digital control, reliable operation, non-stop data input, automatic counting and accurate output; Has the function of correcting deviation, and the deviation can be adjusted; The counting adopts pneumatic mode, and the action is accurate and fast.

Brief introduction of electrical control part of automatic nail sticking machine.

The whole machine is designed and produced with reference to European standards and based on the concept of safe and reliable work and convenient operation and maintenance. Color touch man-machine interface and Siemens main control PLC (double touch screen, double PLC) are adopted, which is convenient to operate and strong in humanization. Program upgrade interfaces are reserved on touch man-machine interface and main control PLC, which is convenient for equipment upgrade in the future. The main power motor of the whole machine adopts Siemens frequency converter, which has stable speed, environmental protection and energy saving (saving about 30%), and fully protects the motor (when the voltage is too high or too low, when the motor is overheated or the current is too high, the frequency converter automatically alarms and stops running, and corresponding alarm codes are displayed). Siemens AC contactors are used for all contactors used to control the motor of the whole machine, and thermal overload relays are installed to protect the motor when the motor is overloaded. Wires at joints of all parts of the machine are connected by aviation plug-in, which is convenient for disassembly and maintenance. Operation buttons are installed at both the front and back of the machine, and its main functions can be operated at both the front and back of the machine.
