Computer Die-Cutting Slotting Machine For Bulk Orders (Quick One-Click Order Change)

Functions and characteristics:

■ An alarm bell is attached to the clutch of the electric control machine, and a friction clutch is attached to the transmission shaft, so as to avoid damaging the machine due to misoperation.

■ Pneumatic interlocking device. The frequency conversion control of main engine is attached with motor starting protection device.

■ Chinese invention patent technology: extended servo pressureless leading edge paper feeding: multiple rows of paper feeding wheels, each row of paper feeding wheels is independently driven by a servo motor, which realizes extended paper feeding and greatly improves the compression resistance of cartons. Negative pressure suction assists paper feeding, which can adjust vacuum negative pressure value by frequency conversion according to different bending conditions of paperboard, ensuring smooth paper feeding in various types and directions.

■ The rear end of the machine is equipped with interlocking control switch to control the paper feeding in emergency stop. It is controlled by servo controller, which can move quickly and save effort.

■ Electric adjustment of left and right side baffles and rear gear box positions; Synchronous adjustment of front baffle clearance. Separate sheet feeding device (continuous or separate sheet feeding can be selected as required).

■ The touch screen can control: automatic plate correction, order memory storage, paper supply counter setting, production quantity display and automatic paper alignment.

■ the gap of paper feeding roller can be adjusted by both electric and computer, and the adjustment range is 0 ~ 12mm.

■ The paper feeding part and the die cutting groove part are automatically zeroed in an electric way. With the automatic zeroing device, the second sheet can be adjusted to the correct position to reduce the waste of cardboard.

■ Die cutting department (plate-free slotting computer adjustment structure)

■ Cast steel material for die roll, high-speed dynamic balance correction, increased running stability, high-frequency quenching, grinding and hard chromium plating on the surface.

■ The distance between fixing screw holes of the cutter die is 100×50mm, and the applicable height of the cutter die is 25.4 mm

■ thickness of wooden formwork: 16 ~ 18mm (for three-layer board) 13 ~ 15mm (for five-layer board).

■ Excellent rubber pad roll cast steel material, high-speed dynamic balance correction, increased running stability, surface grinding, hard chromium plating,

■ Electric adjustment of the gap with the die roller, imported original superior rubber pad, mechanical transverse ±30mm traveling device, and automatic compensation of linear speed by die-cutting equalizer can make the die-cutting rubber pad wear evenly and prolong its service life.

■ Planetary gear structure, electric digital 360 adjustment of die-cutting phase (both operation and stop can be adjusted), electric adjustment of transverse position, and adjustment distance of 7 mm.

■ Pre-pressing, forming and slotting knife edges are adjusted synchronously with one key by computer.

■ Special-shaped die-cutting board can be used interchangeably with cutting groove without die (specific parameters are determined through negotiation according to actual conditions).
