The impact of engine fouling:
The engine fouling consist of Gum, Shellac, Varnish and Carbon. Due to the quality difference of automobile, the improper driving habits, the urban congestion driving and the poor air quality etc, the pollutants can be produced in the engine. And these pollutants are firstly produced from the car injector, because the diameter of the nozzle needle valve is about 0.002 inch, which is as exiguous as the human hair. Once the the engine clogged caused by the fouling, it will immediately affect the injection fuel efficiency of its original automization. As long as 10% of the fuel quantity is limited, it will lead to incomplete combustion of the fuel supplying to the engine and increase the carbon accumulation. When the carbon accumulation in the engine reach to a certain extent, the engine function of the whole fuel supply system is not smooth, resulting in slow jitter of acceleration, powerlessness of oil consuming, difficulty of starting up, intermittent flameout, harmful exhaust gas emission and temperature rising, which cause the driving performance declining gradually.

The model TD-501 Engine depth carbon removal washing machine developed by our company, combining with the most effective carbon remover, is the best machine to dislodge the engine fouling. It can be combined with regular vehicle maintenance and special carbon removal repairs and no need to disassemble the engine. The engine fuel supply pipe can be connected by a connector. Plug the engine back into the pipe with a plug, and then add a fixed fuel mixture decarbonizer, and allow the decarburizer to enter the engine fuel system under normal operating conditions. Carbon sludge, colloid and lacquer contaminants from injector needle valves and fuel chamber components can be dissolved within 30 minutes.
