Carbon fiber plate sheets made of 100% real carbon fiber. The surface is a plain weave, glossy surface. 3K carbon TOW, lightweight and strong. This flat carbon fiber plate is easy to work with and can be cut and shaped with home saw cutting tools and CNC machines. Carbon fibre sheet manufactured using 100% high-strength carbon fibre reinforcement cured under pressure and temperature to produce a high-performance sheet suitable for fully structural applications whilst also having a class-A (cosmetic) finish on one side.

The visible surface of the sheet uses a ‘visual quality’ 2/2 twill, 3k woven carbon fibre fabric, and has a high-gloss finish. The reverse side of the sheet is finished with a flat but textured ‘peel-ply’ finish suitable for secondary bonding.
