Description

Pultruded carbon fiber tube with a 6mm OD and 4mm ID. This precision-made carbon fiber tube is suited to lightweight applications in radio-controlled models, electronics, robotics, and similar.

Pultruded carbon tubes, also known as graphite tubes or unidirectional carbon fiber tubes, are used in many industrial applications and aerospace designs, as well as in hobbies such as RC airplanes and RC sailboats, dual line kite,s and single line kites, and just about anywhere else you want a stiff and strong tube.

All our Pultruded carbon fiber tubes are made using 12K carbon fiber and epoxy/vinyl-ester resin. Standard lengths are 1, 1.2 & 1.5 meters but not limited to. Even though there's no maximum limit on length, We don’t suggest longer than 3 meters due to transportation incapabilities. These pultruded carbon fiber tubes are available in square, round, and rectangular shapes.

Pultrusion is a method of manufacturing continuous lengths of a fiber-reinforced section by pulling continuous strands of carbon fiber through resin and a former before curing the resin all in one process.
