Our carbon fiber tubes are made of multi-layer unidirectional carbon fiber fabric and 3K patterned carbon fiber cloth rolled on the axis mold. The carbon fiber tube thickness depends on the number of layers of the inner unidirectional fabric. The surface texture of the carbon tube is generally 3K twill or plain weave, gloss or matte finish can be chosen freely, unidirectional carbon fiber tube, glass fiber can also be used as the surface of the tubes, such carbon tube can have many different colors, very colorful. Jinjiuyi usually offers carbon fiber tubes with standard modulus.
At the same time, we support customized services. If you need some large diameter carbon fiber tubes, we can customize them according to your size.
Even LIJIN is a carbon fiber tube factory, we do not really “stock” carbon tubes in the warehouse. There are so many different wall thicknesses and lengths options that most tube is custom-built for the application.
