Principle: Water film dust collector uses the formation and characteristics of water film to achieve gas purification. When the gas passes through the water film dust collector, a water film is formed on the internal surface of the equipment. Particles and pollutants enter the water film with the air flow, are blocked and impacted by the water film, and are wetted and trapped on the water film. The particles in the water film will gradually sink to the bottom, the water will be separated from the particles, and the purified gas will be discharged through the outlet of the device.
Filtration process: When the gas passes through the water film dust collector, a water film is formed on the internal surface of the equipment, usually formed by a spray system or a water curtain. Particles and pollutants in the gas are intercepted and captured by the water film, and adhere to the water film. The impact and blocking effect of the water film helps bring particles and pollutants into contact with the water to achieve a purification effect.
Sedimentation and separation: The particles and pollutants trapped on the water film gradually sink to the sewage tank or pool at the bottom. The water is separated from the solid particulate matter for further treatment and disposal. The collected solid particles can be separated and processed by sedimentation or other methods.
Water circulation and treatment: The water film dust collector uses a circulating water system to process and recycle the collected sewage. Common treatment methods include sedimentation, filtration, chemical treatment, etc. to ensure the quality and performance of circulating water.
Water film dust collectors are usually used in places with high requirements for the removal of particulate matter and pollutants, such as coal-fired power plants, metallurgical industries, chemical plants, petrochemical projects, incineration facilities, etc. It has the advantages of high purification efficiency, large processing capacity, stable operation, and is suitable for high-temperature gases.
