2. Circular shear blades usually have top blade and bottom blade a set. Top blade and bottom blade are same totally. They are assembled on a roller. Both blades touched each other, like a scissor. So our circular shear blades are very precision, less tolerance. And to insure the blade working well, the all blades are same totally. From blades tolerance to blades surface flatness, it must be same. BTW, our tolerance of this blade can be ±0.002MM.
