2. What is tungsten carbide material?
Tungsten carbide material is one of alloy metal materials. the different with HSS, SS and carbon materials is that original carbide material is powder only. It needs many processes to make carbide powder to raw material of blade.
3. How to make carbide powder to be raw materials of blade?
The important is that press and vacuum heat treatment. but both processes make the tungsten carbide have higher hardness, higher wear off than normal metals, such as HSS, SS, and carbon steel.
4. Our factory use 100% virgin carbide powder to make blades. insure the quality of blades. as well its sharpness and longer working time.
