Carbide mold advantage
1. Hard alloy has high hardness, high wear resistance and high red hardness, at 550℃ high temperature can still maintain ≥56HRC hardness;
2. High elastic modulus, generally (4~7)×104kg/mm2, and good rigidity at room temperature;
3. High compressive strength > 6000MPa;
4. Good oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance, acid resistance, alkali resistance and not easy to oxidation under high temperature;
5. Low coefficient of thermal expansion, suitable for manufacturing high, fine, sharp precision mold.
