Applications and Advanteges:
1. For longer tool life and better finishing, these solid carbide end mills are harder, stronger and more wear-resistant than high-speed steel and cobalt steel end mills. 2. End mills with fewer flutes provide better chip clearance for high-capacity, high-speed plunge, slots, and rough cutting; end mills with more flutes provide a finer finish and more vibration during high-speed operation small.
3. Use uncoated end mills for general-purpose milling and short-term production.
