Q: Would the POS machine comes with POS software?
Re: We are a POS hardware manufacturer, so the POS machine equips with operating system only, not including
with POSsoftware donot install, because different country has different language, different applications with different
requirements. If you are still worroed about the compatibility of the pos with your software, you could can test the
software if compatible with your hardware equipment, before order the unit, You send me the software, we can
download the software in our pos, you can remote the device to test via Teamviewer.
Q: Do you have any technical support?
Any problems or issue about the pos device, we will provide with any technical support about POS hardware.
Q: Can you send sample for comfirmation? Are they free?
Yes, of course we can, but sample fee is not free, the cost can be deducted in your future orders when order in bulk.
Q: What’s your warranty policy?
Each Touch POS machine will be tested strictly and 48 hours againg test, before delivery.
our POS terminals come with a full tone-years warranty.
Within the warranty, we will replace all accessories(e.g.hardrisk and PCB) for free if there is any quality question about our POS.
