To make sure each time the new product can provide a liable and good performance , each new product will be tsted from the very beginning, from the first designed PCB to the finished products, we will arrange the test of them on working temperature, anti-vibration, etc, On base of this quality control principle, we have found a good LAB TEST DEP, which is around 4km far from our factory location. 1.How can I get the touch POS terminal sample to check quality? After price confirmation, you can order POS samples to check quality.
2. How long is your Lead Time ? We have stock in black for each style. Sample is 1 days. Bulk production is 3-15 days according to quantity and color request.
3. Is there cheap shipping cost to import to our country? For small order, express will be best. And for bulk order, sea ship way is best but taking much time.For urgent orders, we suggest via air to airport plus our ship partner send to your door.
4 How long is the warranty period? Touch screen POS terminal warranty is one year.CPU ,main-board is 3 years.
5. Do you offer other relevant items? Yes, we do. We are offering barcode scanner, thermal receipt printer, magnetic card reader, data collector and POS system.
6. If the goods are damaged badly, who is responsible for it? We will be responsible for the damaged goods when it is damaged during transport, and we can exchange the new goods for you.
7. How do I know that you have sent the products out? Once the products are sent out, a tracking number will be provided so that you can check where your goods at all times.
8. Why does POS system not work properly in extreme temperatures? You can check whether the LVDS line connect correctly or not.
