About After-sales & warranty

1.There are 12 months warranty for our products.

2.If you got a defective goods, please send us message first about the problems with videos or photos, and we will try our best to solve the problems for you.

3.If you want to return the product. Please contact us within 3days after you receive the order. All returned goods must be returned with its original packages and accessories. Customers is responsible for shipping charges on returned goods.

4.We will return the money to you when we received the returned goods.

5.Sometimes the shipping company lost the parcels, if you  have not receive your order in the delivery time. Please contact us and we will refund you the payment or arrange to resend you the order again in this kind of case.

Q1.How to make sure this item can fit my car?

A:When ordering, please send us photo of your original car radio and let us know the model and the year of your car. If our device was not suitable or compatible with your car, we would tell you to cancel order before shipping.

Q2.What's your warranty after purchase?

A:We provide one Year Warranty Service for the product.ONE Year Factory Warranty(accessories not included). Warranty will be voided as of: (1) Damage caused by: Undue wear & tear, dirt, misused, improper installation or operation, neglect, accident. (2) Any damages caused by improper packaging when buyers return the item to us. (3) If the item was disassembled or repaired by unauthorized person.

Q3.The price included the tax or custom duty?

A:Our price NOT included the Tax import duty / custom fees in destination country,buyers are responsible for all these costs.

Q4.Do you test all your goods before delivery?

A: Yes, we have 100% test before delivery. We will do the againg and QA before sending them out of our factory.

Q5:Can we install the DVD Units ourself ?

A:We suggest the customers take the products to a car service store to find a professional person to install it,because wrong installation may demage the device.if you have any problems of the device,please contacts us before open dispute,we will provide a good solution for you,most dispute are caused by wrong use or installation.

Q6:How long will it take to ship my order?

A: Generally speaking we will arrange the shipment in 1-2 business days once the payment is confirmed, and we cooperate with DHL(7-15days), and EMS (15-25days) TNT(7-15days) UPS, Fedex etc for delivery time

Q7:Return and Refund

A: All items are brand new straight from the factory. In case you receive a faulty item, please contact us within 3 days after sign on the receipt. We will refund or replace it. Return within 7 days after receipt can be refund (exclude shipping freight) Return within 20 days after receipt can be replaced. Return within 1 year from the purchase date can be repaired. It is the customers' responsibility to pay for return postage and ship the item back to us. We will send it back at our cost. All returns must be confirmed by our after service staff, we are not liable for any return package without prior notice. For non-defective returns, there will be administrative fee applied.
