Product Introduction
PTC heating element, also known as PTC heater, is composed of PTC ceramic heating element and aluminum tube. Working principle of PTC
The working principle of PTC heaters is based on the characteristics of positive temperature coefficient (PTC) thermistors. This heater is composed of PTC ceramic heating elements and aluminum tubes, which have the advantages of low thermal resistance and high heat transfer efficiency. PTC heaters can automatically maintain a constant temperature, save electricity, and will not produce surface redness like electric heating tube heaters in any application, thus avoiding safety hazards such as burns and fires
The working principle of PTC heaters can be subdivided into several conduction modes:
PTC ceramic heaters, mainly based on heat conduction, transfer the heat emitted by PTC components to the heated object through a multi-layer heat transfer structure.
Various PTC ceramic hot air heaters that use the generated hot air for convective heat transfer have high output power and can automatically adjust the blowing temperature to output heat.
