Highlight: 30 Minutes Epoxy Putty is an epoxy adhesive that sets quickly and has excellent sealing and insulating properties. Among its many desirable qualities are its minimal shrinkage, ease of use, environmental friendliness, high strength, resilience to aging, water, and weak acidity.
A modified epoxy resin mucus and a modified curing agent make up the main components.
The products have a wide range of applications, including bonding, mending, and sealing various materials such as metal, pottery, dimension stone, concrete, glass, and more. Its primary uses include: repairing cleaning tools, sealing swimming pools, roofs, basements, balconies, solar installations, casting parts, repairing cultural relics, antiseptic instruments, real estate management, building, engineering maintenance, connecting pipes, and mold making, among many other things.
Following the removal of oil, grime, and rust, clean and dry the surface. Before cleaning and drying, the surface must be made rough if it is smooth.
Second, evenly combine glue A and glue B in a 1:1 ratio for use as glue cement. Within three to five minutes of a thorough mixing, the process should be finished. Press firmly onto the surface to apply the adhesive during the procedure. After an hour, it will have cured to a rock-solid state.
Caution: 1. Make sure it's evenly mixed before using it to combine the two components. Reusing the remaining adhesive is not an option.
2. In the event that glue gets on your skin, wash it off with soap and water. If it gets in your eyes, flush them with clean water and visit a doctor very once; otherwise, try to avoid getting glue in them.
Please ensure that the glue and surfaces to be bonded are heated to a warm temperature, approximately 23±2℃, before using it in winter.
Fourth, make sure the children don't touch or put anything in their mouths.
Warehouse and Shipping:
Store the items in a dry, shaded area with an airtight lid. The product has a one-year use-by date. Once it has passed the expiration date test, it is ready for usage.
