Introduction of tablet press machine

Features of automatic pharmacy tablet press machine:
1.The contact parts of tablet press machinery die hole surface and the upper and lower die and rail roughness Ra≤1.6μm, the feeder is tin bronze (ZQSn6-6-3) material, the surface of nickel chromium, the bottom roughness Ra≤0.8μm.
2.The sensitivity of the tablet press machine's hand wheel is 0.1mm.
3.This pharmaceutical tablet press machine uses large angle platform design as far as possible in each part of the machine's operating surface, reducing the "ditch ridge" and the exposed nut to make it smooth and without dead angle.
4.Lower pressure wheel shaft and the lower rail guide of the tablet press machine are installed with the casting subtraction structure (new patent), which is convenient for disassemble, maintenance and replacement. The bottom of the lower pressure wheel has a discharge hole, which can be washed and discharged with water.
5.High efficiency and high cost performance. This tablet press machinery adopts single pressure, IPT die, the maximum pressure is 80 kN, maximum press diameter 25mm, maximum capacity 40000/ hours, maximum press thickness 8mm.
