Introduction of tablet press machine
ZP-45 tablet press machine is a kind of automatic rotary tablet press machine and is suitable for continuously pressing powder and particle into round tablets, special-shaped tablets, double color and annular tablet.The tablet press machinery meets the requirements of GMP. The whole shell is made of stainless steel, and the chamber is separated from the outside environment by the organic glass, with good sealing. All the contacting parts of the tablet press meet the requirements of "no poison, no odor and corrosion prevention". The turntable is made of nodular cast iron and strictly implemented for 12 months, which is hard, wearable, non-toxic and smooth, which fully meets the requirements of GMP.
Features of automatic pharmacy tablet press machine:
1.The sensitivity of the tablet press machine's hand wheel is 0.1mm.
2.The pill press machine upper punch adapt "down pressure guide", will not jump, running more smoothly.
3.Lower pressure wheel shaft and the lower rail guide of the tablet press machine are installed with the casting subtraction structure (new patent), which is convenient for disassemble, maintenance and replacement. The bottom of the lower pressure wheel has a discharge hole, which can be washed and discharged with water.
4.The mold, hopper, feeder, outlet slot, scraping plate of the tablet compress machine are disassembly convenient, easy cleaning and maintenance.
