In order to solve the problem of significant measurement differences caused by serious powder leakage in the production of granular drugs, the traditional processing technology has been changed, and the precision requirements for processing and assembly gaps have been improved. During the process of drug filling, filling, and measuring disc movement, the corresponding holes fully solve the problem of powder leakage in production engineering, improve the accuracy of filling, and thus solve the gap filling method of the original NJP-2 generation fully automatic capsule filling machine.
5. The equipment is suitable for filling powders, particles, and pellets in one machine with multiple uses. In the future, according to demand, the 125 model can be upgraded to the 400 model by changing the mold, without the need to purchase a new machine.

The copper tube layout ensures that each cam and gear can be accurately positioned and lubricated in real-time.
