The SG series high-efficiency wet granulator is the latest generation of granulation equipment developed by our company, which can complete the mixing, humidification, and granulation processes in one go. High production efficiency, good granulation effect, and compliance with GMP standards.
This machine integrates light, electricity, and gas, and adopts advanced technologies such as Siemens PLC microcomputer program control, human-machine interface, touch screen display operation, stepless frequency conversion speed regulation, and photoelectric monitoring control. It innovatively designs adhesive adding devices, automatic safety protection devices, jacket heating, and temperature control systems with different methods such as dripping, complete functions, high automation, low adhesive consumption, short granulation time, and good product quality. It can mix various powder and paste materials to form solid particles, uniform particle size, and high ball rate granular materials, which can be applied in industries such as medicine, food, chemical, and metallurgy for mixed granulation. Especially, it can be used for the mixed granulation of traditional Chinese medicine extracts and powders, solving a technical problem of converting traditional Chinese medicine into patent medicine.
Operational principle:
The machine is composed of a body, a sandwich pot, a pot cover, a stirring blade, a cutting blade, a discharge port, a feeding device, a flying knife drive, a stirring drive, a heating or cooling system, an automatic control system, and other parts.
Its working principle is as follows:
This machine uses a jacket pot as the material container, and is powered by stirring and cutting blade rotation. After the equipment is started, the material is stirred with a stirring blade at a set speed, and then adhesive is added to the feeding device to mix and roll the material into particles in a short time. Then, a high-speed rotating cutting blade is used to cut the material into particles that meet the requirements. Finally, open the discharge port and let it automatically discharge from the pot. By adjusting and controlling the speed of the mixing blade and cutting blade, particles of different sizes can be obtained.
