Automatic electronic pharmacy tablet counter adopts anti high dust electronic counting technology. Tablets (including irregular tablets), hard capsules, soft capsules (transparent or opaque in various shapes), pills, and other solid particles with a size range of 3-12 millimeters can be counted and packaged. Can be bottled, boxed, or bagged.
Fully compliant with GMP requirements, particularly suitable for research institutions, hospitals, newly established small pharmaceutical factories, and health product factories.
Working principle:
The bottle blocking device on the bottle delivery track of the bottle conveying mechanism will block the bottles transported by the upper equipment at the bottling position and wait for filling. The drugs enter the medicine warehouse in an orderly manner through the vibration of the feeding corrugated plate. A counting photoelectric sensor is installed on the medicine warehouse, and the drugs that fall into the medicine warehouse are quantitatively counted by the photoelectric counting sensor and then loaded into the bottle at the bottling position.

(4) Accurate counting: The photoelectric sensor automatically counts, and the bottling error is less than the national standard
(5) High degree of intelligence, with multiple detection and alarm control functions such as no bottles, no counting, fault self check, etc.: (6) Function matching: automatic detection of missing bottles by photoelectric sensors, automatic shutdown;
(7) Easy to operate: adopting intelligent design, various operating parameters can be set according to needs, and multiple sets of setting parameters can be stored for easy calling
