The bottles are transported to the bottle blocking cylinder position through a conveyor belt device, waiting for filling. (1) The 8-channel electronic counting machine is an automated equipment that integrates machine, electricity, and gas into a single feeding port. It adopts an electrical system controlled by chips and operated by human-machine interface. It adopts self-developed chips and Siemens human-machine interface from Germany, and pneumatic components are made by Taiwan Yadeke.
(2) The electronic counting machine is equipped with a vibration device; The vibrating machine adopts the principle of electromagnetic vibration; The vibration control system adopts closed-loop control technology, which adjusts the output frequency through vibration sensors. It has the design of stable vibration, low noise, smooth transportation of drug particles, and coordinated vibration to better widen the distance between drug particles, prevent the phenomenon of drug stacking, and ensure the accuracy of several particles.
(3) Strong compatibility, capable of counting and bottling solid preparations or particles such as tablets (including irregular tablets), capsules, soft capsules (transparent, opaque), pills, etc.
(4) The electronic counting machine is equipped with a photoelectric detection function at the inlet, mainly to detect whether there are bottles in front of it that are blocked. If there are no bottles, the equipment will automatically stop, otherwise it will automatically start up and work, which meets the automatic linkage function of the entire production line. The body is made of high-quality 304 stainless steel material and has a fully sealed structure.
(5) Accurate counting: The photoelectric sensor automatically counts, and the bottling error is less than the national standard.
(6) Easy to operate: Adopting intelligent design, various operating parameters can be set according to needs.
(7) Easy maintenance: Operators only need simple training to operate, disassembly, cleaning, and replacement of components are simple and convenient, without the need for tools.
