1. Modified atmosphere packaging is also called gas replacement packaging, and it is called MAP packaging (that is, ModifiedAtmospherePacking) internationally. The principle of the composite modified atmosphere packaging machine is to use composite fresh-keeping gas (2-4 kinds of gases are mixed according to the characteristics of the food) to replace the air in the packaging box or food bag, and change the food environment in the packaging box/food bag. Inhibit the growth and reproduction of bacteria (microorganisms), slow down the metabolism of fresh fruits and vegetables, thereby prolonging the preservation period and use period of food.
2. The fresh-keeping gas is generally composed of carbon dioxide (CO2), nitrogen (N2), oxygen (O2) and a small amount of inert gas. CO2 gas can inhibit the growth and reproduction of most bacteria and molds, and is the main component in the fresh-keeping gas; O2 can inhibit the growth of anaerobic bacteria, can maintain the color of fresh meat, maintain the aerobic respiration required for fresh fruits and vegetables, and keep food fresh Freshness； N2 is an inert gas, which is used as a filling gas to form a composite fresh-keeping gas with CO2, O2 and special gases. Different foods, fruits and vegetables require different components and proportions of fresh-keeping gas.

3. This machine adopts the combined control of machine, electricity and gas, controlled by programmable PLC, 10.4-inch true color touch man-machine interface. Various parameter settings are intuitive and accurate, and the running program is stable and reliable. According to the fresh-keeping packaging requirements of different foods, the packaging parameters only need to be set once, that is, the desired packaging operation can be continuously completed.
4. Boxed packaging: separate automatic film cutting and manual film cutting [optional]. The use of replaceable mold design allows one device to be used for pallet packaging of multiple specifications. Users can change the packaging trays of different specifications according to the product packaging size. The mold is made of aluminum alloy material, which meets the requirements of food hygiene.
5. Adopt the method of fully enclosed vacuum displacement, apply vacuum pump to vacuum the enclosed vacuum chamber, make the vacuum chamber form a high vacuum degree, and then fill the mixed gas suitable for the delayed preservation of food. The food after modified atmosphere packaging is better. It maintains the original taste, color, shape and nutrition of the food, while achieving a longer shelf life.
