Features:
1 The exterior of the whole machine is made of stainless steel except for the motor; it can be easily removed and washed without tools.
2 The screw is driven by a servo motor, which has the advantages of not easy to wear, accurate positioning, settable speed, stable performance, etc.
3 Using PLC control, it has the advantages of stable work, anti-interference, and high weighing accuracy.
4 The Chinese and English touch screen clearly displays the working status, operation instructions, fault status and production statistics, etc., and the operation is simple and intuitive.
5 Various product adjustment parameter formulas can be stored for later use. Up to 10 formulas can be stored.
6 Replace the screw attachment, which can adapt to a variety of materials from ultra-fine powder to small particles.
7 Install a centrifugal device at the outlet of the flowing material to ensure accuracy, and install a dust suction device at the outlet of the dusty material to absorb the anti-spray dust.
