Equipment features:
1.This equipment is used for automatic assembly of medical pharmaceutical moisture-proof agent cap and desiccant cap.
2. It can be used for automatic filling of granular desiccant like molecular sieve, silica gel, etc. It can also be used for block desiccant and desiccant core assembling.
3. The sealing paper sheet is punched paper and film automatically on the equipment, which can reduce the production cost of customers and improve the qualified rate of products.
4. The waste of sealing paper is centrally disposed of, which reduces the operators' workload.
5. Equipped with desiccant centralised feeding bin to prevent desiccant from absorbing moisture and being stained during the assembly process.
6. The round cover is fed by feeding machine, which is steady and fast.
7. Each step of assembly process of the equipment is equipped with testing function to ensure that the qualification products are 100% good products.
8. Equipped with automatic counting function, which is suitable for production statistics.
9. Good and defective products are exported from separate outlets.
10. The main power is composed of servo motor + splitter, with smooth running speed and high assembly preciseness.
11. The control system adopts PLC control and human-machine interface operation, which reduces the difficulty of the operator's work.
