The LWT servo palleting machine series is used in industries such as food and beverage, chemical, etc. It is suitable for stacking various types of packaging such as cartons, plastic boxes, film packaging, and barrels. The main components of the equipment are differential speed belts, steering mechanisms, sorting areas, stacking areas, main lifting mechanisms, and pallet roller conveyors.
The LWT mechanical automatic servo coordinate stacking robot has a frame structure with a small footprint, low noise, and pollution.
It uses four-axis servo control, with neat and beautiful stacking positions. In some cases, it can replace robot stacking.
The gripper can be changed according to customer requirements for speed, achieving the grabbing of multiple boxes at once to improve stacking efficiency.
It is suitable for stacking products such as cartons and film packaging, and can be applied in industries such as food, condiments, beverages, daily chemicals, pharmaceuticals, electronics, etc.
The main control components such as servo motors, programmable controllers, frequency converters, proximity switches, button switches, and terminals are all high-quality products, ensuring the reliability and long service life of the system hardware.
Perfect interlocking mechanism provides protection for the equipment and operators. The graphical display touchscreen makes the operation of the stacking robot simple, and facilitates fault diagnosis, maintenance, and repair.
Touchscreen operation enables human-machine dialogue, displaying production speed, fault causes, and positions, with high automation. PLC programming can be used to control the sorting and stacking layers of cartons, pallet supply and discharge.
