Introduction to Gantry Palletizing Machine
The LWT PZ series palletizing machine is used in industries such as food and beverage, and chemicals. It is suitable for palletize various types of packaging items such as cartons, plastic boxes, film packs, and barrels. The equipment mainframe consists of differential speed belt, steering mechanism, box arranging area, box stacking area, main lifting mechanism, and unstacking roller.
Features of Gantry Stacking Machine
The structural framework is welded for durability and has adjustable base function. The main lifting platform is driven by SEW motor. The entry acceleration conveyor separates the incoming boxes. The stacking area uses powered roller conveyors, and the pallets are outputted through free roller conveyors. It has surrounding protection devices. The system adopts Siemens PLC control system and has a movable human-machine interface. Faults are automatically displayed.
Run automatical include auomatic inputing box,veer carton,separate lines,Be piled in heaps,Remove,lifting,push pallet into,down,come out and other steps.
