      6. The stranding body is supported by bearings on both ends, and supported by big bearing in the middle,driven by a separate AC variable frequency motor and controlled by a frequency converter.
      7. The bearing in the middle of the body is lubricated by low density oil in the oil station.
      8. Bobbin frame is end shaft type structure, with springs automatically clamping the bobbins, pneumatic loosening of bobbins, and bobbins locking protection device.
      9. The pay-off tension of the barrel frame is controlled by a hysteresis brake open loop, and the tension can be adjusted on the touch screen. Payoff tension of bobbin frame is 5~20kg.
      10. The barrel is equipped with a single wire preforming device.
      11. External wiring method is adopted for convenient threading.
      12. The barre braking adopts two sets of pneumatic butterfly brakes, front and rear..
      13. The protective cover adopts a semi circular perforated plate axial sliding door structure..
      14. It is equipped with a wire break shutdown protection system, and the shutdown length shall not exceed 2 meters during normal production.
