Overview of busbar bending machine
The main function is processing copper and aluminum busbar with different specifications. Only need to select the corresponding processing unit, it can do different kinds of processing for copper and aluminum busbar quickly and easily, such as shearing, punching(circular hole and oblong hole), flat/horizontal bending, vertical bending U-bending, embossing, flat pressing, twisting, cable connector processing etc. Main features.
Principle characteristics
1. Using compressed air as the power source, it is highly efficient and easy to operate, with simple structure and minimal maintenance.
2. Equipped with anti-rotation guide rods and guide plates, with high precision, which can adapt to high-speed precision blanking.
3. Two-hand control or foot pedals can be selected. Ensure the personal safety of operators.
4. The operation is simple, the safety type is high, the footswitch is used to control the solenoid valve, the structure is simple, the failure rate is low, and the production efficiency is improved.

Function introduction
A digital bus bar punching machine is used to punch the two ends of the busbar at one time to guarantee parallelism between the busbar profile and conductor. This parallelism ensures the reliable connection between conductor and joint which can control joint temperature rising. Key point is that the machine can adjust the rebound coefficient according to the conductor’s material and width. Rebound coefficient varies by bending or different conductor width and this kind of adjustment can guarantee the parallelism.
