Description
The flexitank is a new type soft packaging container that can store and transport a
variety of non-hazardous liquid goods. It is formed by the multilayer structure. Its inside layer consists of food-grade PE
material and the outside layer is composed of wear-resistant PP woven cloth. A flexitank can just be placed in a 20 feet
container.
Its capacity is from 14 to 28 cubic meters and the largest-capacity is 28,000 liters liquids. The flexitank makes the best use of
the container and it is suitable for trains, trucks, ships and other transportation ways. Instead of the expensive ISO tank, drum
and other traditional packaging, the flexitank can reduce loading and unloading, the packing and logistics cost significantly.

(1) It is disposable and can be discarded after use. There is no need for additional places to store and clean these liquid bags. It also has no overdue fees and other expenses, which can save a lot of money. In addition, the benefits of one-time use are sanitation and environmental protection. Each time a new liquid bag is used, it can effectively prevent the goods from being polluted.
(2) Compared with the traditional tank container, the flexitank container can carry more goods and 40% more than the original container, so the number of containers required can be reduced, which can save money.
(3) A bulkhead can be installed in the flexitank container, which is equal to a heat insulator, and its maximum temperature is 80 degrees. The liquid with temperature requirements is very good. It can keep these special liquids warm. This can't be done by traditional cans.
(4) The operation of the flexitank container is very simple. It only needs a few people and some pipes to complete the operation, while the traditional IBC and tank need dozens of workers to finish loading. Secondly, its loading and unloading is also very simple. The liquid can be filled through the pipe from the top valve, and then the liquid can be discharged through the pipe from the bottom valve when it needs to be released.
(5) In addition to the cost saving benefits mentioned above, the biggest advantage of liquid bag lies in its low price. The calculated price is nearly half of the traditional method.
