BMU Building Cleaning Machine with Aluminium Cradle and Non-Track Mounted
Building Maintenance Unit (BMU) is installed on top of the high rise buildings, which provides a safe and effecient way of building surface cleaning and glass curtain wall installation. The BMU has difference models including on-track type, trackless type, portable davit type, monorail type, etc.
We have been closely working with top academies of building research in China for years, and we are specialized in BMU designing, manufacturing and installation. Our strength includes:
1. More than 10 senior engineers and 20 professional engineers for researching and designing;
2. 20,000 m2 of production workshop specially for BMU manufacturing;
3. Professional and high precision manufacturing equipments to ensure high quality of products.
4. Adopts CNC plasma cutting equipment to ensure high precision of material cutting size and bending accuracy, which ensures equalization of the gap between the telescoping jibs, minimizing the swing of the jibs.
5. All structual works are with HDG treatment to achieve better performance of rust proof.
6. Hoisting drum adopts gear transmission, with high transmission efficiency and higher reliablity. The overspeed protection device is ratchet type, there is spring buffers at the end of ratchet to minimize the impacting and shocks during emergency stops.
7. Motor and gearbox adopts SEW or NORD brand, whose performance is more stable and has been tested and proven during operation for years.
8. Electrical parts are from world famous brands, such as Simens, Muller, Schneider, TOSHIBA, Mistubishi, etc., ensuring stable performance of the BMU.
9. Full experiences of overseas sales & service. More than 50 units BMU had been exported to Middle East, ASEAN countries and South Asia areas.
