INTRODUCTION OF TOWER CRANE

Tower Crane Features
1. Overall safety system:
Overload limiter, lifting moment limiter, lifting height limit device, slewing angle limit device;
Optional: Safety monitor device. This monitor device can show the actual working conditions of the tower crane in real-time, which provides a direct instructions to the operator, and it can also record the working process as “black box”.
Warning lights on jib tips and tower head.
All of the safety devices are supplied with high stability and durable quality.
2. Hoisting, slewing and trolleying mechanisms are all supplied by top quality manufacturers in China.
3. Main electrical components like contactors, switches are from Schneider (high quality grade in Schneider products), with long life span and good performance.
4. Steel parts are purchased from reputed steel mills and steel structures are designed in perfect force construction, which has much better load performance in same steel weight.
5. All steel parts are with ball blasting treatment before painting, leading to better antirust and appearance.
6. Space capsule type operator cabin is equipped with A.C device, making it more comfortable for the operation.
7. Different types of mast section and tie-in for worldwide famous tower crane brands. Ball blasting and high quality of epoxy painting production line, make sure 100% compatible with the original products.
