Steel frame building is made of steel or steel bearing frame composed of steel column and steel beam. Steel columns and beams are bolted or welded and are usually rigidly connected.
Steel frame building belongs to steel structure building, also belongs to frame structure.The steel columns and beams form a rectangular shaft, with the steel beams bearing the horizontal load of the shaft and the steel columns bearing the vertical load. The steel frame structure needs to meet the strength and stability of the material, and the overall stiffness of the frame needs to meet the design requirements.
The steel frame construction uses welded H-beams and hot-rolled H-beams as the main load-bearing frame, and C and Z beams as purlins and wall beams. Corrugated metal sheets are used for roof and wall panels. PU, rock wool, glass wool used as insulation materials, and appropriate support for light steel structure building system.
The beams and columns of the gantry steel frame are welded H-shaped variable section members.The beam and column joints of the single span portal frame are rigid connected, and the multi-span portal frame is rigid connected and hinged, and the column foot can be rigid connected or hinged with the foundation. Corrugated metal sheets are used for the walls and roof panels.Use glass wool insulation materials.
