Made by forging steel C1045 or 40Cr the one way safety buckle are more popular in United States . This is made of steel bar first cut the bar and then heat the bar ,put into mould and forged twice.then do grinding.
The size of the one way D ring is customized with any sizes .The surface finish is polishing ,zinc plating,hot dip galvanized ,painting and blasting.
