Product Information
Item: Tie Rod, Coil Rod, Threaded Rod (for construction)
Description: Tie rod is the most commonly used metal building material in concrete form system.
Tie rod is used as concrete form fasteners.
Tie rod is usually used as one of components of tie rod system which consists tie rod, cone, nut, and washer.
Material: C1045, Q235, 40Cr and so on.
Diameter: from 10mm to 110mm or 1/2", 3/4" and 1" and so on.
Drawing break load: no less than 140KN for 17mm tie rod made of C1045, and for other load, pl feel free to contact me.
Finish: black finish or galvanized.
Packing: in bundle, 50pcs or 100pcs per bundle, covered by stripes color plastic bags.
Advantages:
1, Higher Strengths: cold draw first, than cold rolled.
E.g. 17mm tie rod. Material 18mm. After cold draw, 15.8mm. After cold rolled, 17mm.
2, Lower Costs: without metalcutting and reusable for at least 50 times.
