Buckwheat processing takes two steps: First, calibrate seeds to 7-8 grades (sizes). Then de-hull seeds separately by grades. The sheller applies disc hulling technique which can be adjusted for processing different sizes of buckwheat.

Buckwheat Shelling Machine TFQM200

The machine can de-hull buckwheat and separate shells from kernels. Those coarse bran can also be separated from kernels during this process. It applies dry method (seeds to be shelled directly with no thermal-treatment involved.)
