The continous cold rolling blade overcomes the shortcomings of the traditional screw blade production process,such as poor a ccuracy,difficult formation,large loss and low production efficiency.After forming,the blade surface is clean,the radial verticald egree is high,the dimension accuracy & the surface hardness are high,can effectively reduce the resistance of the spiral propulsion. Product rigidity,easy to weld and assemble and can be customized according to the length and diameter of customers.

Our system uses interchangeable hardened plates that produce a screw flight helix of unprecedented quality regardless of the pitch, outside diameter, inside diameter, material or feature. The same plates produce both right hand and left hand helical screw flights.

The machine will calculate, and set, the applicable outputs for pressure and gaps ensuring consistent production of your screw flights all of the time – every time.

• A wide range of size up to2000mmin diameter,40mmin thickness,1500mmin pitch are available.
Ribbon, Tapered and Variable Pitch Flights are available on application. Flights can also be hard faced or coated with wear protection materials.
• High precision, with no minimum order quantity requirement and customized size can be met.

1.How to choose the material ?

HDPE: Tough and flexible, suitable for handling grains, foodstuffs, and other products with no sharp edges and material that has a bulk density of less than 1g/cm³ .

Nylon: High impact and abrasion resistance, better heat resistance and are well suited for handling hot, abrasive and sticky products.

PU: Extremely abrasion resistance, tough and flexible, and are suitable for handling sharp, cutting and sticky products.

Mild Steel: General purpose, long life, well suited to agricultural and industrial products.

Stainless Steel: Food grade, corrosive resistance, suitable for food and high temperature applications
