Z bucket elevator (also called bucket conveyor) consists of frame,buckets, chains, spro- ckets, control box and other accessory are used to vertically convey bulk or loose materials efficiently.Bucket elevators can elevate a variety of bulk materials from light to heavy and from loose,flowing fine materials to larger,partially fragile objects.There are options for buc- kets that are gentle on high value consumer products such as cereals,pasta,confectionery, coins,animal feet and the like. They are commonly designed in a "Z-Elevator" or "C-Elevato- r" configuration.
Feature
1.The feed flow rate is controlled by the small energy consumption front vibration machi- ne. The machine can control the flow rate by frequency conversion, and it can meet differe- nt requirements by choosing different size.
2.The machine can not only transport powder material, but also grain material, so it can seal well. Performance stability through specially designed track slots and high strength chains can ensure the stable operation of the equipment.
