We are Professional Manufacture for Brushless Alternator since the year of 2000, Which type are Copy of Stamford.There are 5kVA up to 1386kVA at 1500/1800rpm, 3000/3600rpm, with 50/60Hz, 110V-690V for you selected.Our company located in Wuxi city, Which is near Shanghai.We have a first-class technical personnel and a set of strict quality management system.We use the best materials and carry out the strict procedure to ensure our high quality. For example ,we have two vacuum leaching insulated paint ,which other companies can't do. Besides our Quality Engineer are old engineer who have rich experiences. And our price is reasonable for share of market is first in our company.
The varnished wire our factory use is the H level of 200℃.And the manufacture is the famous public factory whose quality reputation is stable and reliable.
The silicon steel sheet we use is the products of Shanghai Baoshan Steel Co.,Ltd,which is the biggest and most famous manufacture of steel.And its advantage is its magnetic flux is large and its iron loss is small.
The insulating paper we use are supplied by a factory in Suzhou which is invested by a foreign company.The company has strict standard of quality management.They use the material of Dupont and imported glue water.Through the survey and detection,the quality is absolutely the best.
The main frame of the alternator and lead box are made of steel,the end cover is made of high strength cast iron.
The craft of our company use the standard of Stamford.All the workers should be trained for a long time.And we carry out the management of 6s.
All the components of our factory,the stator,rotor and excitation will be dippinglacquer twice.This is a process that other factories never used.Because it would take much more electric charge,and make the insulated paint consume and loss twice,so it will increase the cost.What's more,all the components should be handled through the process of dampproof,salt and fog proof, anti-corrosion.
