Product Introduction
Chongqing Haodong Tech Co., Ltd is a manufacturer of infrared gas burner, gas heater, panel heater, ceramic burner, gas brooder, and also supply the electric pulse igniter, solenoid valve, thermostats for customers.
Temperature chamber is a supplemental equipment for the industrial oven temperature keeping at a customer's wanted temperature. It is always used for industrial oven such as powder coating oven, paiting oven, food baking oven, latex glove drying machine, industrial cooking equipments etc.
1. Open gas cylinder → adjust gas pressure to 3500~5000pa → turn on the main power of electric controller → setting required temperature → turn on ignition switch→Solenoid valve supply gas / 3 pins ignite gas burner/heater → gas burner/heater working normally.
2. Thermocouple detect the heating area temperature → reach setting temperature → Half or all gas burner stop working → lower than setting temperature → Ignition automatically by controller → Gas burners restart working.
