As the "Efficiency, Energy saving, Environmental protection" technical characteristics, we successfully developed and produced the industrial infrared catalytic burner, BBQ heating parts, poultry brooder and other related products and accessories. They are widely used in the food baking, industrial painting, glass annealing, low temperature heat treatment, ceramic embryo firing, livestock heating industries.
The infrared catalytic combustion technology is a new advanced technology, in the way of infrared radiation heating objects directly. Compared to electric heater, our gas infrared catalytic burner has 95% high efficient energy use, save 15%~20% of operating costs for customers. Infrared Catalytic gas brooder heater
For the convenience, economy, energy saving, environmental protection of the most farmers in the heating of baby birds and animals, our company developed the infrared catalytic gas livestock and poultry heater (brooder) and obtained CE certificate and patent ZL201420763193.1.
This product can be used for chicks/ ducks/ geese /pigs/ cattle/sheep /rabbits and other animal poultry heating, vegetable greenhouse cultivation, coffee shop patio/ factory/ gymnasium and other building heating. Since 2012 exports to Brazil, Mexico , Nigeria, Kenya, Indonesia, the Philippines and other countries and regions with good reputation.
Overhead Conveyor Chain
The suspension conveyor chain adopts ball bearing as the chain wheel. The guide wheels are made of 16Mn material and deep-processed. The main structure is made of carbon steel, which can turn and climb various environments at will. The chain pitch is commonly used in 150, 200, 206, 240, 250, 300 (mm), etc., and is widely used in the long-distance transportation of workpieces, floor lifting, aerial storage, feeding and other processes as well as automated coating production lines.
BBQ Grill Burners
This BARBECUE series is specially made for barbecue oven, grill, chicken gas roaster, shawarma/doner kebab/Gyros machine, bread oven, cake bakery equipment, cheese baking machine… It can be installed at all direction, but at bottom with a heat-resistance glass cover is best.
