Working Principle

Anti-rust: A wall effect occurs between the polarized dipole and the bare metal surface, resulting in a certain thickness of scaling ion coupling (about 500 μm) on the metal surface of the pipe wall. This coupling layer separates the pipe wall metal from the fluid system, providing anti-corrosion protection. This layer's deposition and growth process differs from ordinary scale layers, maintaining a consistent thickness related to the pipeline system's flow rate and pressure drop.

Bacteriostat: The micro-current generated by the catalyst alloy is greater than the biological current of bacteria and algae cells, blocking bacterial division and algae synthesis. This creates an inhibitory effect on the growth of bacteria and algae. The electric field formed by the micro-current causes a static potential change in the microbial environment, strongly inhibiting enzyme activity within microbial cells and weakening the reproductive ability of algae and bacteria. This is especially effective against Gram-negative bacteria with weak cell walls.
