Working Method Of Nut Grinding Machine:

BS Rroller crusher The crushed material enters the roller press area through the hopper and is crushed by extrusion between the three groups of press rollers. The first group of press rollers is the coarse crushing press roller, which coarsely compresses the larger particles with regular shape into smaller particles with irregular shape. The second group of press rollers is medium crushing press rollers, which crush small particles with irregular shape crushed by the first group of press rollers into fine particles. The third group of press rollers is fine crushing press rollers. The fine particles crushed by the second group of press rollers continue to be crushed into finished products with a particle size of about 60 mesh. The final product is discharged and collected by the discharge hopper. Different grinding fineness requirements can be obtained by adjusting the distance between two rollers by hand wheel. |
